The application forms are obtained from the District/City service commission, Town Clerks' offices and Chief Administrative Officers' (CAO) offices countrywide, Ministry of Public Service website and can be downloaded from Mbarara City information portal website https://www.mbararacityportal.org. Certified copies of all academic qualifications, certificates proof of experience attained, professional licenses(where applicable), National Identity card, Identity cards of schools and institutions attended, CV, three(3) recent passport size photographs and any other relevant documents deemed necessary must be attached.
